This watch is called Geocentric. Geocentric watch uses a motion that is similar to that of a planet rotating around a sun.

Japan-born, Canada-based artist Yuka Yamaguchi is quite the creator – she draws gory but super cute illustrations and makes "useless toys for adult children".
