‘Project Fox’, VW’in Fox modeli adına uluslararası platformda düzenlediği bir aktivite. Ana fikir; Kopenhag’daki Park Otelin odalarını yıkıp yeniden tasarlamak. Park Otel yöneticileriyle bir anlaşma yapan VW’ciler otelin içini seçilen genç sanatçılara yeniden tasarlatmayı önermişler ve projeleri kabul edilmiş. Dünyanın dört bir yanından 3000 genç sanatçı başvurmuş ve bunlardan sadece 21 kişi seçilmiş. Otelin içi tamamen yıkılmış, odalar beyaza boyanarak tasarımcılara hazır hale getirilmiş. hatta otelin adı bile Fox Otel olarak değiştirilmiş. Seçilen sanatçılar kendilerine tahsis edilen numaralı odayı istedikleri şekilde tasarlamışlar. Tarz olarak grafiti, grafik, farklı malzemelerle 3 boyutlu kaplama-boyama gibi onlarca farklı tatta tasarım yapmışlar. VW has developed a project called Project Fox. The main idea is to gather young artists from all over the world and have them design their own room in a hotel. Here how the project goes; VW offers a deal to Park Hotel in Kopenhagen and convinces them to tear down the whole interior of the hotel and get selected young artists to design it all over again. 3000 people applies and only 21 of them gets chosen. They gather in Kopenhagen and start to design the rooms with arts such as graffity, graphics, 3D wall systems etc. The result is stunning… There is a site about the project which has short movies and pictures about the the whole thing.
